Over the past couple of years, I have been developing digital illustrations of traditional stained glass. This requires understanding how traditional stained glass is put together, e.g. colour limitations, and the way light interacts with the glass. While these images require a great deal of time and prayer, it is a joy to develop new techniques. I have always loved stained glass; its beauty has always seemed like a window into the divine.

Notably, while traditional methods involved individual pieces of glass and many restrictions, we can now print onto film, with application onto glass (see library windows), and also print images directly onto glass.
